It constantly seeks to adopt the latest technology that contributes to enriching the users' experience on the platform and facilitating their access to all its contents. This leads to increasing the number of users and increasing their interaction.
This platform complies with different browsers. It also complies with all World Wide Web Consortium (W3c) standards in terms of usability, accessibility and other technical standards which contribute to improving the platform.

Recognizing the right of people with disabilities and the elderly to access information and services, K.A.CARE provides a variety of features and tools to ensure inclusivity:
1. Multiple service delivery channels
To support its service beneficiaries, K.A.CARE has established several secure and reliable e-service channels, with no additional fees. These channels include: e-portal and e-mail.
2. Text reader:
The "Text Reader" feature is one of the features that helps to convert text into speech that can be listened to, with no need to activate any external program. This technology is very useful for users with visual impairment, low vision, or reading difficulties. When clicking on “Listen" icon, users can listen to the electronic content in a clear voice with a neutral accent at a moderate speed so that all users from any part of the world can understand the content. Users can also adjust the volume and download the audio file for offline use by clicking on “No sound" in the audio player.

K.A.CARE Portal supports "Screen Reader" feature which helps users to read the texts on the platform, with no need to activate any external program. This technology is very useful for visually impaired users and users with reading difficulties.
