The President of  K.A.CARE Dr. Hashem Abdullah Yamani identified  through a workshop entitled "Performance Management and Development System" K.A.CARE priorities stemming out of the national transformation program and the strategic vision on both short and long term as well as plans and objectives related to that and how to connect and measure them by using the performance development system to improve the overall performance of K.A.CARE sectors and its departments, knowing that preparations and setting of goals and main and sub priorities, for all sectors, departments, and  employees and connecting it to the Performance Management and Development System", shall start this year.  Said  workshop was attended by K.A.CARE heads of sectors and departments.
