 Conclusion of the 6th session of the General Assembly of International Agency for Renewable Energy with the participation of a delegation from K.A.CARE

On this day, Sunday 7 Rabi II (January 17, 2016G) the 6th  session of the General Assembly of the International Agency for Renewable Energy was concluded at the Emirates Capital, Abu Dhabi .  A high level delegation from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the  presidency of K.A.CARE Vice President Dr. Waleed AbulFaraj participated in the ministerial meetings held during this session.

It is worth mentioning that the Kingdom had many interjections during the session's meetings, the vice President of K.A.CARE and the accompanying delegation discussed ways of cooperation with other countries through meetings held on the sidelines of this session.

The Kingdom's participation in this session comes as an extension  to its previous participations which are held annually to get acquainted with the plans of member states in the Agency in the field of renewable energy and to benefit from the experiences and existing projects and exchanging practical experiences in this regard.

The Council of the International Agency for Renewable energy is considered one of the Agency's most important organs in the drafting of resolutions and drawing strategic trends and the Agency's policies, also the Agency's council is the legislative, supervisory and executive arm of the Agency's works.

The Kingdom is considered one of the effective members in the fields of Agency activities for the purpose of benefitting from the Agency in the execution of renewable energy plans and projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through building a sustainable future for renewable energy through the inclusion of renewable energy sources within the domestic energy systems.   K.A.CARE exerts every effort to make development of future energy sources promising opportunities to promote the capabilities of specialized Saudis and developing their skills and subjugation of high value jobs for them and for future generations.
