King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy, represented by its President Dr. Hashim Abdullah Yamani, is readying itself to represent the Kingdom at the 58th Session of the General Conference of IAEA scheduled to meet in Vienna during the period 27 Dhu al-Qadah to 1 Dhu al-Hijjah 1435H corresponding to 22-25 September 2014. This participation on the part of the City in such activities is the 5th consecutive event since the promulgation of the Royal Decree establishing the City.It is noteworthy that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia acceded the IAEA in 1962.​​​
